They sent us the wrong item and even though I have the confirmed order and a picture of the item i ordered and what they shipped me they keep insisting it is the same product when clearly it isn't
They do not return calls or reply to emails
I have chased them for days and the issue is still not resolved 3 weeks later ...terrible service

Disgusting scammers. They dont give a stuff about their customers. Trying to get a refund for a damaged.... good luck!!! I am reporting this company.

I placed an order 2weeks ago and they said it was delivered today. It was not. Before this I ordered the same thing from Amazon and it arrived in 2days.

They take your money and then sends you nothing in return but new discount emails for new orders.

If I could rate this place as a negative 10, I would! HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrific customer service and the absolute worst people in general! When the formula shortage first started, this company jacked up their prices to 5x the regular cost! My mother in law knew we needed formula and had NO idea that she was paying that much! After she sent us the formula i found out how much Herbspro charged her…downright shameful! So, I mailed the formula back! I obviously had the shipment tracked with signature confirmation and the company says they never received the return! Well they did and they kept that formula and the money that my in laws paid for it! They refuse to return calls or respond d to emails even after I emailed them

The reviews on here got me worried so I emailed after a week of order being dispatched and they assured me that it will arrive, which it did. It took 2 weeks in total and they sent a lot of promo offers .

When my order couldn't be tracked anymore they told me it was misplaced they quickly gave me a refund, honestly I had lost hope due to the bad reviews

Sent the wrong item, no return form, no answer to customer service call or email.

Terrible service, takes forever for a reply to an enquiry, tracking info useless; placed my order June 30, still not here and no one can tell when it will arrive.

The way they carry out business is poor and they don't seem to care. Ordered over month ago, they stated it was shipped and when tracked it stated it was delivered. Never did. No word, sms, phone call from delivery company, in fact they can't be traced ! Several emails with them demanding on how I can contact delivery company but no answer. I've asked for reimbursement but still waiting to hear.
